Aggies take over Carolina Theater
REK came to town, and Texas A&M Aggies came out in droves to watch! And Robert Earl and the band didn't disappoint. Along with John R Miller & Chloe warming us up, REK wove his homespun wit into the show fabric. Brian and Chloe (from JRM) can SAW the fiddles! The fans (except for one loud drunk) were friendly and energetic for what was, unfortunately, REK and the boy's last performance in the Triangle area, as he is retiring from the road in September. The tours may not, but REK's road will go on forever through his legacy of songs and shows.
